Recipe preparation

Put the liver in warm water for 5 minutes. Pry off a thin film from one end and remove it. Cut the liver into pieces, carefully removing all bile ducts. Pass the liver through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.

Transfer to a bowl, add eggs, salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.

Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet. Pour in the liver mass in portions so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan in a thin even layer. After 2-3 minutes, use two scoops to gently turn the liver pancake to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes. Transfer the pancake to a plate. Also bake the rest of the pancakes. You should get 5-6 of them.

Peel the onions and carrots, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, press down with a lid or plate and turn over to drain off excess oil.

Smear the pancake with mayonnaise. The amount of mayonnaise depends on your taste.

Place the pancakes on top of each other, layering with mayonnaise and vegetables. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate before serving. Decorate with herbs on top.
