Recipe preparation

Cut half the zucchini and a small eggplant into cubes, one onion in half rings (soak in vinegar for 15 minutes).

Put everything in a large bowl, add diced turkey and pork meat, add there: 50 g of soy sauce, 50 g of wine vinegar, 1 tsp. mustard, 1/2 tsp. red pepper, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 1 tbsp. seasonings for barbecue, salt, and squeeze out 2 small heads of garlic, mix with your hands.

We spread on a baking sheet lined with foil, pour 50-100 ml of water, 1 tsp. butter and sprinkle with herbs.

We send it to the oven at 250 ° C for half an hour, and then lower it to 200, and another 10 minutes.
