Boil chicken fillet and chill
Fry the onions in a dry pot for 1-2 minutes
add chopped champignons and continue to fry over medium heat
Put on a plate and let cool
Beat 1 egg and 2 egg whites, add salt and bake a pancake in a dry frying pan, cool and cut into oblong squares
Make a dressing: mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add garlic, salt, pepper
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, add the chilled mushrooms and onions and the protein pancake, cut into pieces
Fill the mixture with the ready-made dressing and put in the refrigerator for several hours to soak
