SIMPLE PROCESS
Step by step recipe
The secret to this pizza is a perfectly prepared crust: blend the chicken into a paste, mix with processed cheese, egg, and mayo. Plastic wrap helps you roll it out into a thin, even base. Bake the crust until golden, then add toppings and cheese. Follow these steps for a perfect result every time.

Prepare the Crust
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and blend in a food processor until smooth. Grate the processed cheese finely. In a bowl, mix the chicken paste, processed cheese, egg, mayonnaise, and salt. Knead until smooth and well combined.

Shape the Crust
Grease a baking sheet with oil or line with parchment paper. Place the mixture in the center, cover with plastic wrap, and shape into a flat round disk about ½ inch thick. Remove the wrap.

First Bake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

Prep Toppings
While the crust bakes, slice the mushrooms, salami into rounds, and tomatoes into thin half-moons. Grate the mozzarella and semi-hard cheese coarsely.

Assemble and Final Bake
Remove the crust from the oven and spread with mayonnaise. Top evenly with salami, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the grated cheeses. Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Serve
Let the pizza cool slightly, then slice into portions. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
CHEF'S TIP
Choose Quality Processed Cheese
Use good-quality processed cheese that grates and melts easily — it gives the crust elasticity and a mild, creamy flavor.
Right Consistency is Key
The mixture should be smooth and firm enough to hold its shape, but not dry. Add 1 tablespoon of mayo or water if needed.
Use Plastic Wrap for Rolling
Cover the dough with plastic wrap before shaping — it prevents sticking and helps you roll it into a perfectly even, thin crust.
Don't Overload with Wet Toppings
Mushrooms and tomatoes release moisture, so don't overdo them. For a crispier result, sauté the mushrooms beforehand to remove excess liquid.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Add your taste
- With Chicken and Bacon Replace salami with smoked chicken breast and bacon for a smokier, richer flavor.
- Vegetarian Version Skip the salami, add more mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives for a hearty veggie pizza.
- With Tomato Sauce Instead of mayo for spreading, use tomato paste mixed with Italian herbs for a more classic pizza taste.
- With Different Cheeses Experiment with Parmesan for a sharp kick, Cheddar for a bold flavor, or use only mozzarella for maximum stretch.
HOW TO STORE
How to Store Zero-Carb Chicken Pizza
Cool the pizza to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 5–7 minutes or in the microwave. Freezing is not recommended — the chicken crust becomes watery upon thawing.
