Recipe preparation

Dice the onion.

Grate the carrot.

Cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Dice the bell pepper.

Finely chop the hot pepper.

Blend the tomatoes in a blender.

Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil.

Add half of the bell pepper.

Add the blended tomatoes.

Add the hot pepper.

Fry everything together.

Chop the cabbage and celery.

Place them in a saucepan. Add the remaining bell pepper and zucchini to the cabbage.

Add the sautéed mixture on top. Place the mushrooms on top.

Season with salt and pepper.

Simmer on low heat with a lid on.

10 minutes before the dish is ready, add pressed garlic and finely chopped herbs.
